WHAT: Culture Day 2023
WHERE: Jennings CLC
WHEN: Friday, May 26th, 2023
WHY: Jennings is one of a kind. On Culture Day we celebrate all the different cultures that make up Jennings CLC. This year we will also celebrate Jennings as a Culture of Kindness.
HOW: Be prepared to make a "sign of kindness" for our group song this year which honors Jennings CLC, A Culture of Kindness. Ms. Bowers and other Culture Day representatives will be around the week of May 8-12 to make sure you are included in the video. :)
There are other ways you can participate too. You can submit your own video celebrating your culture or an act of kindness. There is still time to submit your Kindness Poem as the deadline has been extended. Be sure to dress in your favorite culturally representative clothes on Culture Day. Check out the flyer and have all videos submitted to the google classroom or Ms. Bowers by May 15th.
