The after-school program, ICEP - International Community Empowerment Project, recently painted sandwich boards. The focus? Encouraging citizens to vote. The Swahili students' art work will be placed outside various polling locations on election day.
This project is supported by a grant from Citizen University and is part of the North Hill Diversity and Freedom Mural Project.
ICEP students meet every day after school to improve their learning experience here in the United States.
Congratulations to these talented and hard-working students.
JENNINGS, WE ARE THE FUTURE!!
