Jennings' Student Wins Award
Zaja Na Be, an 8th grade student at Jennings CLC's was awarded 3rd place for her art from the FBI on Tuesday, May 22. Students from Jennings, and 40 other schools submitted posters to raise awareness of the heroin epidemic to the FBI. This was done after watching the documentary "Chasing the Dragon." From over 170 posters submitted, Zaja's poster was selected to receive 3rd place! Zaja is pictured with members of the FBI's selection committee receiving her award and with Mr. Frantz, her science teacher, in front of her poster. Zaja's poster will be on display this summer at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport.
